We are now seeking experienced Social Workers who have completed their ASYE programme and are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Responsibilities
* Work with adults with a wide range of needs, including mental health, physical disabilities, older adults, and carers.
* Complete strengths-based assessments and develop person centred support plans.
* Undertake safeguarding enquiries, applying professional curiosity and sound judgement.
* Work collaboratively with health partners, voluntary agencies, carers and families.
* Promote independence, wellbeing and choice, in line with the Care Act 2014.
* Contribute to a positive team environment where learning and reflective practice are encouraged.
* You will join one of our friendly, supportive teams where your professional autonomy is respected and your development is prioritised.
Qualifications
* Are a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
* Have completed your ASYE and are ready for more complex, varied casework
* Are confident in applying the Care Act 2014 and related legislation
* Can bring strong assessment, safeguarding and risk management skills
* Value partnership working and person-centred approaches
* Are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice
