Teaching Personnel are currently working with a primary school who are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The school are looking for a passionate and creative individual who has experience working with challenging behaviours. You must be enthusiastic and highly motivated and will be expected to make a significant contribution to the school. They are looking for someone who is resilient and has a sense of humour. To be considered for this role you will need then to- Provide support for pupils ensuring their safety and access to learning activities. Establish trusted relationships with pupils and work with them on an individual needs basis.
