Position: Early Years Nursery Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Nursery Teacher to join our vibrant nursery located in the heart of London. The ideal candidate should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of our young learners, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment to grow and develop.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational activities that align with the EYFS curriculum.
2. Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of their development.
3. Establish positive and productive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular feedback on their child’s learning journey.
4. Foster a welcoming, creative, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn through play.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational framework and share best practices.
6. Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Proven experience in early years education.
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application in the classroom.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
* Enhanced DBS check.
