Responsibilities
* Providing professional and courteous advice, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience.
* Guiding customers from reservation through to legal completion, home demonstration, warranties and beyond.
* Contributing fresh ideas to marketing and promotion: digital campaigns, lead generation, and ensuring brand visibility.
* Staying ahead of the market: monitoring competitor activity, identifying trends and maintaining a competitive edge.
* Managing plot files, purchaser extras and marketing materials.
* Working closely with construction teams to coordinate home hand‑overs, plot updates and demonstrations.
Qualifications
* Strong eye for detail and a naturally positive outlook.
* Confidence in communicating with prospective clients in a professional and engaging manner.
* Comfortable representing the brand and guiding customers through key decisions.
* A self‑starter mindset: working independently, thriving on targets, bringing energy and ambition.
* Ability to work effectively in a family‑led housebuilder environment that values quality, integrity and customer care.
