You will support and guide managers through HR policies, procedures, and employment law whilst ensuring HR best practice is followed. You will also be expected to contribute and support in the delivery of strategic HR objectives and people planning.Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and employee development.
2. Collaborate with the wider HR team to drive a culture of excellence where people feel engaged and inspired to deliver and exceed results.
3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
4. Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.
5. Support management on Employee Relation and Union matters to drive positive outcomes.
