We're seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with grill experience to join our team at a popular village restaurant near Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with grill experience to work in a fast paced kitchen, managing the grill station and preparing high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage grill station, cooking meats, fish, and vegetables.
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
* Maintain a clean and organised station.
* Work with the kitchen team to execute the menu.
* Follow health & safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a grill or similar role.
* Strong grilling skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Team player with good communication skills.
