Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9-1
Rate of Pay: £13.02ph

Your Working Day
* Participating in all branch processes
* Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
* Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
* Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Requirements
* NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, plus a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification (evidence of qualifications required)
* Experience working in a customer‑focused environment
* Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately
* Self‑motivated, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines
* Previous customer service training (optional)
