As a Bank Receptionist, you will provide administrative and hygiene-specific support to our Cromwell Primary Care Centre and deliver excellent customer service to service users attending Dermatology appointments.
Our service offers Dermatology and Skin Cancer care within the Oldham area, functioning as a secondary care provider with a comprehensive range of dermatology-related services.
You will collaborate with our friendly clinical and managerial teams to optimize appointment capacity, monitor patient appointment timeliness, and perform clerical duties to ensure efficient administrative support.
You will be based at our clinic in Grimsby, operating Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm.
Main duties of the job
As a Bank Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting patients for all Dermatology appointments.
2. Handling outcome appointments, typing, and dispatching clinical letters to GP practices and local trusts.
3. Preparing and cleaning clinical rooms.
4. Preparing and maintaining the reception area, including securing equipment and patient information.
5. Preparing administrative materials for the day.
6. Uploading all documentation from clinics, including medical photography, paperwork, incoming and processed post.
7. Gathering and uploading friends and family feedback online.
8. Managing cancellation reports from confirmation texts.
9. Following procedures for patients who do not attend.
