The post holder will:
1. Co-lead on productivity, efficiency, and clinical outcomes across the immunisation service and implement improvement plans where necessary.
2. Provide professional advice and guidance to immunisation teams on all clinical aspects of the community and school-aged immunisation programme.
3. Ensure the consistency and quality of the Immunisation Service delivery according to the requirements of the national immunisation specifications and the CSAIS and Covid contracts.
4. Assist in translating relevant organisational and national guidance and policy documents related to quality of service into practice.
5. Provide clinical leadership and clear, supportive direction to the immunisation teams in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the service for clinical quality and patient experience.
6. Ensure immunisation programmes achieve outstanding uptake.
