We are recruiting for educators in Colchester, and surrounding areas, to work with KS3 learners in English and Maths. Key Responsibilities Deliver structured, curriculum-aligned tuition in GCSE English and Maths on a 1:1 basis Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs, including those with SEN, SEMH, or barriers to learning Monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and complete session reports Maintain professional standards in safeguarding, behaviour management, and confidentiality Candidate Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent tutoring/mentoring experience Proven subject knowledge in GCSE English and Maths Experience working with vulnerable or disengaged learners Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills What We Offer Highly competitive hourly pay, of up to £30 per hour Flexible scheduling to fit around your existing commitments Exclusive access to our CPD Academy, with lots of training available All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
