Job Description
This role is central to translating complex financial and operational business processes into effective IT and SAP-based solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems are aligned with and enhance core business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, hands-on SAP experience across multiple modules, and the ability to lead end-to-end system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
* Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes
* Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
* Develop system blueprints outlining design and configuration
* Build and validate prototypes with stakeholders
* Manage and execute data migration from legacy systems
* Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities, including unit testing and UAT
* Coordinate and support Go-Live activities, providing immediate post-implementation support
* Develop and deliver end-user training programmes
* Create user manuals and system documentation
* Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for process optimisation and enhancement

Essential skills & experience
* SAP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience across SAP modules including FICO, MM, and SD
* Business Analysis: Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into IT solutions
* Data Analysis: Strong analytical, interpretation, and reporting skills
* System Integration: Experience integrating multiple business systems and applications
* Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with modern cloud-based platforms and solutions
* Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of relational database management systems
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
* Project Management: Experience planning, executing, and delivering IT projects successfully
* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with emerging technologies
