Office Manager/ PA Manager – Hertfordshire
PA Duties Primarily to Directors, and partially to senior Directors/Management
Discretely Assist/manage varying personnel requirements of Board members
Diary management for Directors & senior staff
Manage travel & accommodation bookings for CEO and directors
Office Manager Duties.
Manage existing office administrators / receptionists and front of house requirements
Accumulating and updating senior staff weekly diaries
Arranging / organising event days and hospitality functions for the Group
Record meeting minutes when required
Manage / record staff holidays
Assist with management of Web site content
Assist with management of Intranet content/updates
Assist with document and digital presentations/pre-quals with estimating department
Assist with production of marketing information/products
Assist in draughting/updating monthly newsletters including all necessary photography
Manage office stationary requirements and maintenance/functionality of office equipment
Organise any meeting venue/catering/beverage requirements
Schedule meeting room requirements
