How You'll Make a Difference
As a Care Responder, you will work directly with the community, responding to either planned or emergency care visits in people's own homes. * Maintain accurate records of visits in line with council guidelines.
* Work closely with practitioners to implement care and support plans, refer issues, and raise concerns in accordance with safeguarding procedures to protect vulnerable people.

* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Work under pressure and remain calm in a crisis.
* Experience in a care sector and knowledge of the Care Act 2014 legislation and regulations is desirable but not essential.

* Complete the CQC Care Certificate if not already held.
