We are expanding our luxury segment by creating a dedicated business unit in the GB Market to develop iconic luxury brands and build strong customer partnerships across channels. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work with some of the world's most prestigious brands.
Role Dimensions
This role embodies Diageo’s ambition to be the world's best-performing, most-trusted consumer goods company, focusing on building category-leading partnerships with industry outlets. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated sense of style, representing the luxury brands' image and values.
You will identify distribution and activation opportunities, foster positive relationships, and leverage insights for growth. The role involves collaboration with various teams to deliver marketing activations and manage key accounts effectively.
Top Accountabilities
1. Build brand equity and sales in key outlets in Birmingham & Nottingham.
2. Contribute to distribution strategies and work with a Luxury Account Executive on activations and customer engagement.
3. Manage customer relationships through negotiation and conflict resolution.
4. Handle P&L responsibilities, making ROI-driven decisions for sustainable growth.
5. Forecast performance and coordinate with RTM and supply teams to ensure brand visibility.
6. Work with Brand Ambassadors and marketing teams to deliver activations.
7. Coordinate with Activation Specialists to execute brand plans.
Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities
1. Experience in on-trade or account management, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
2. Deep understanding of influential GB on-trade customers and categories.
3. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
4. Experience in luxury brand activation and collaboration with marketing teams.
5. Ability to build cross-functional relationships and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
6. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and customer loyalty.
