Foresight Sports Europe is the exclusive distributor and support centre for the golf industry's leading trade and consumer technologies across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Our Foresight Sports products range from the GC3, GCQuad and GCHawk Launch Monitors through to full immersion indoor golf simulators, coaching and fitting studios, and driving range solutions.
The opportunity
Based in Guildford, Surrey, Foresight Sports Europe is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the golf industry today. Thanks to the ongoing growth of the business, we are seeking a passionate, driven, talented, organised, and knowledgeable Finance Assistant. You will be responsible for all data entry and processing within the finance team.
Key responsibilities
* Purchase Ledger: Match, code, and process invoices, reconcile supplier and bank statements, and manage payments.
* Sales Ledger: Manage debtors, process incoming funds, and reconcile accounts.
* Reconciliations: Maintain and balance accounts daily or weekly.
* Credit Control.
* Administrative Support: Assist with office duties, filing, and answering inquiries.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is advantageous.
* Strong numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Zero would be advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
