Position Title: Proposal Coordinator
Reporting To: Tendering Manager
The Proposal Coordinator supports the proposals team with tender preparation, cost compilation and documentation. This role requires strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams under supervision.
Remit & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare tenders and costings ensuring accuracy in line with customer requirements and company strategy.
2. Analyse client needs to identify the correct solutions and equipment, producing compliant and technically sound proposals.
3. Develop cost build-ups and apply appropriate margins aligned with CRC Evans’ operational margin and revenue targets.
4. Lead and participate in proposal review meetings, presenting bid strategies, pricing and technical clarifications.
5. Make requests to and Coordinate with the wider Proposal Team, Commercial, Engineering and Operations functions to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
6. Identify and escalate areas of concern within proposals, seeking guidance from SME’s.
7. Log and maintain records of tender activities and progress within CRM and proposal tracking systems.
8. Support customer-facing activities, including presenting proposals and participating in client clarification meetings as required.
