Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
* Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
* Understand financial mechanics, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
* Manage a fleet, plan strategically and drive performance.
* Mentor, train and develop your own team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others.
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be substituted if applicable.
* Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations available for disabled applicants).
* No drug or alcohol‑related offence on driving record within the last five years.
