We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The main focus of the role is to support the growth of sales through our retail and wholesale business. The role is responsible for managing the relationship between the company, customers and third-party suppliers and retailers. Areas of Responsibility: Handling inbound and outbound customer queries with professionalism and empathy. Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining customer records and account information. Ensuring data integrity across multiple systems by double-checking entries and resolving discrepancies. Following processes and compliance guidelines to ensure high-quality service. Dealing with any customer issues and complaints and resolving to a satisfactory level in a timely manner Working with Warehouse to gain delivery information for customers Working to department SLAs and KPIs Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary Checking product or service availability Core Functional Skills & Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools Ability to work well in a team Multitasking skills and good organisational abilities In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations Previous experience of working in fast paced Customer Services environment is desirable.
