£15.00–£17.50 UK and international travel with daily living allowance and accommodation provided 21 days holiday bank holidays (rising with service) We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Fitter/Installer to support the build and installation of bespoke automation machinery and systems. The role involves a mix of workshop-based assembly and on-site installation, including occasional international assignments. You will be working on varied and innovative projects, assembling, fitting, and installing machinery to the highest standards. Responsibilities Mechanical assembly and installation of automation machinery and systems= Basic electrical tasks when required Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and instructions Working independently and as part of a team on customer sites in the UK and abroad Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Skills & Experience Qualified Mechanical/Electrical Fitter (apprentice-trained or equivalent) 3 years’ hands-on experience assembling or installing industrial machinery/conveyors Proficient with a range of hand and power tools Confident interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation Knowledge of pneumatics, valves, and medium-scale assemblies Detail-focused with a commitment to high-quality results Flexible and willing to travel (UK and overseas) Key Requirements Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong communicator Full UK driving licence Valid passport allowing travel to North America Able to work away from home (typically up to 2 weeks at a time, several times per year) No criminal convictions restricting overseas travel Pension scheme, private healthcare (post-probation), and cycle-to-work scheme Uniform, PPE, and opportunities for progression
