As a Manager Product Owners & Analysts at Kramp, you will be responsible for leading a team of product owners and product analysts. We are looking for a seasoned leader with a passion for steering product development and analytics teams towards excellence. Things that will keep you busy if you join our team as a Manager Product Owners & Analysts:
Strategic Planning : Contribute to the development of annual and long-term business plans, forecasting performance against KPIs, and developing business cases for key activities/projects.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in existing business practices, working collaboratively within the organization's change management program.
Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal clients, acting as a business partner to build professional credibility, trust, and deploying resources effectively to support business strategy.
Team Leadership: Motivate and support the growth of a mid-sized team, employing equitable approaches to performance management and development to meet business needs.
Organizational Development: Contribute to the definition of the organization's structure, recommending reporting lines and roles, and identifying interfaces with other teams.
Performance Management: Manage and report on performance within the department, set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports, and ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.
Product/Service Development: Oversee the development and/or delivery of a significant element of the organization's product/service development program, driving the product/service roadmap and managing the backlog.
What will help you be successful in this role:
Educational Background: Master's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work Experience.
Experience: Over 10 to 15 years of wide and deep experience, preferably with a background in working via a product model methodology.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated competencies in change leadership, connective leadership, customer orientation, developing employees, execution power, and vision.
