We’re working with a well‑backed specialist lender operating in the UK’s real estate and short‑term lending market. The business has established a strong reputation for service, speed and reliable delivery, with broker relationships at the core of its success. Due to continued growth and increasing deal flow, the lender is expanding its internal sales team and is hiring a junior Business Development Executive to support its wider Business Development function.
About the Business Development Executive Role
This is an office‑based, phone‑led role designed for someone with some exposure to real estate finance or property sales who is looking to move into a structured Business Development position.
Working alongside experienced Business Development Managers, you’ll support broker relationships, help generate enquiries and play a key role in driving new lending opportunities. This role offers hands‑on training and a clear pathway into more senior Business Development or field‑based roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and maintenance of broker relationships via telephone and email
* Engage brokers to identify opportunities across real estate finance transactions
* Generate and qualify new enquiries and pass opportunities through to senior BDMs
* Assist in managing deals through the application process to completion
* Proactively follow up leads and maintain an organised sales pipeline
* Deliver high levels of service to brokers and introducers
Package & Progression
* Salary £35k + Commission
* Office‑based role in North London

Skills & Experience Required
* Experience within real estate finance, property sales or a related property finance role
* Interest in business development, sales and relationship‑led growth
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
