We specialise in the production of global events - live events, congresses, and exhibitions - and creating exciting and innovative digital media within the healthcare industry.
Requirements
* Provide full administrative support to the team, including client briefing meetings, obtaining costings from third parties, and producing site schedules and other project-related documentation, while developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Coordinate and organise tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, exercising excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Develop within the role with opportunities to travel internationally with the team to support on-site delivery and manage your own projects, with a background in similar project support roles within an events company or agency, ideally involving exhibition stands or booth delivery.
* Hold strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience using project management software.
