Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team, based in Tyneside.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Carry out needs assessments: Undertake Care Act assessments to identify the support requirements of adults with learning disabilities.
2. Develop and review care plans: Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary professionals to create tailored support packages that promote independence and well-being.
3. Safeguard and advocate: Ensure adults with learning disabilities are protected from harm, while promoting their rights, choices, and access to services.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK driving licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
