* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent
* Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders on behavioral change for continuous improvement
* Passionate about transforming lives through coaching
* Desire to benefit from being self-employed while being part of a larger organization
Desired Skills and Experience
* At least 1+ years of coaching experience
