An exclusive opportunity for a Commercial Gas Boiler Engineer to join our client's highly successful Building Services team in Belfast. The Ideal Person
You will be a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer holding current Gas Safe certifications (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A). You'll have hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas boilers and heating systems across a range of client sites.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience working in commercial plant rooms and with mechanical building services
* A commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a skilled engineering team
* Previous experience in the FM or Building Services sector is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair on commercial boilers, burners, and associated heating systems
* Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to agreed schedules and standards
* Installing and commissioning boiler plant, pumps, pipework, and control systems
* Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety Regulations and company HSE procedures
* Producing accurate service reports and maintaining detailed site records
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal disruption
Remuneration
£18ph + on-call/call out allowance, company van, fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package
