* You will collaborate with the people team and colleagues to understand needs and support continuous improvement, engaging talented individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* You should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be confident in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* You will create and verify job profiles for new starters.
* As a Data Administrator, you will maintain and ensure the HRIS system's accuracy and proper functioning.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Collect, analyze, and validate HR data from various sources.
* Develop HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
* Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support HR initiatives.
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to meet data needs.
* Monitor data quality and address anomalies.
* Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
* Participate in HR projects related to data analytics and system improvements.
* Maintain data privacy and support regulatory compliance.
* Provide training on data analysis tools.
* Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
Ideally, you will have:
* Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HR software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
* Discretion handling sensitive information.
* Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
* 2+ years in HR data management or analytics.
* Technical skills including HRIS, SQL, Excel, and database tools.
Location
Sheffield city centre, near Sheffield Station, with travel as needed.
Working pattern
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, 37.5 hours/week.
