We are looking for an Aftersales Manager to lead our Aftersales team, ensuring every customer requiring assistance with their vehicle is supported with efficiency, professionalism, and care.

What you'll be doing:
* Lead and inspire a team of Aftersales Advisors, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
* Manage customer bookings aligned with workshop capacity to ensure a seamless experience.
* Communicate proactively, providing daily updates to customers on the progress of their repairs.
* Collaborate closely with the Showroom and Preparation Management Teams, feeding back on common trends to drive improvements.
* Oversee the workshop diary and call recording system, ensuring calls are answered promptly and customer call time targets are met.
* Manage a fleet of courtesy cars, ensuring they are maintained, clean, and ready for customer appointments.
* Mentor and develop your team, working with the Training Manager to continually improve performance.
* Ensure compliance across all Aftersales processes and interactions.
* Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers to uphold service standards and resolve issues efficiently.
About you:
* Proven experience in a customer-focused, managerial role, ideally within Aftersales or a similar automotive environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine commitment to customer care.
* Highly organised and disciplined, able to manage time-critical tasks in a busy environment.
* Able to lead, coach, and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally, maintaining clear and open communication across departments.
* Confident in using workshop management systems and customer communication platforms.

Pay: £35,500.00 per year

Experience:
* Automotive service: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
