We are looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join our dedicated Property Maintenance team. You'll be responsible for delivering first-time-fix repairs across our residential properties, helping us maintain high standards and happy customers. ?? What youll be doing: Carrying out quality carpentry work, with additional basic plumbing and tiling as needed Working independently in domestic environments across CR and BR postcode areas Attending Monday toolbox talks at our Rochester depot (7:00 am start) Maintaining a high standard of customer service with every visit ?? What youll need: Strong carpentry skills with basic plumbing and tiling ability Experience operating a first-time fix service Experience working in residential/domestic settings Your own tools well provide the van, uniform, and fuel card ??
