If you’re a passionate and dedicated individual with a heart for children’s well‑being, we want to welcome you to our growing family!
Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

* Creative & Innovative – for some posts the staff team will be brand‑new so you’ll have the opportunity to shape and define the culture from the start, encouraging those in your team to “think outside the box”. You will also find creative solutions to your own leadership challenges working closely with social work teams, and professionals from health, education, police, and the community.
* Inspirational & Supportive Leadership – this is an emotionally difficult and challenging role so you’ll be personally resilient and appreciate the impact that those challenges can have upon your team, empowering them on a regular basis and providing additional support where required.
Benefits
* Fabulous flexibility and the opportunity to create a work‑life balance you’ll love – up to 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 2 additional days at Christmas and 20 additional days leave that you can purchase.
* Generous local authority pension with shared contribution AVCs available.
* 24 / 7 Employee Assistance Programme and a range of discounts with our new Vivup benefits platform (retail, leisure and entertainment discounts, salary sacrifice for white goods, electronics, cars, bicycles and more).
Development
* 50 + free training courses plus professional qualifications to degree level as part of our apprenticeship scheme.
* Time for supportive reflection and supervision, opportunities to carve out your individualised career pathway.
* Multidisciplinary initiatives, mentoring, the opportunity to make a difference, feel valued and achieve job satisfaction.
Inclusivity
We don’t have a “one size fits all” idealism. We embrace diversity and offer an array of flexible working opportunities. We are committed to creating and sustaining a diverse and inclusive working environment. We especially welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and offer support groups and forums.
