Quality Operative
Droitwich
£15.33 per hour
Double Days : mornings 5.45am-1.45pm ; afternoons 2pm-10pm

Quality Operative Responsibilities:
1. Using CMM inspection equipment
2. Following data sheets and SOPs to meet production targets
3. Using computer systems to record and retrieve inspection data
4. Flagging faults and supporting process improvements
5. Reworking of castings using various techniques

Quality Operative Requirements:
11. Some experience in CNC, castings, or manufacturing would be beneficial
12. Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances
13. Comfortable using hand tools, air tools, and computer-based systems - experience working with CNC would be relevant
14. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
15. Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
16. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
