Project Manager – Solar Farm (40MW)
On-site | Immediate Start | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 40MW solar farm project due to break ground imminently. This is a pivotal on-site role, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to take projects from inception through to energisation.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience within the solar industry.
* Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale solar farm projects from start to completion.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle.
* Proven ability to work closely with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.
* Commitment to full on-site presence (this is not a hybrid position).
Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee all site activities and ensure smooth progress from mobilisation to energisation.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Report regularly to senior management and project stakeholders.
* Drive the project team toward timely, efficient, and successful completion.
Start Date: Immediate – Project is ready to break ground.
