The Opportunity
In this role you will be you'll be at the forefront of creating exciting new food concepts and developing ranges that reflect market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop innovative and commercially viable chilled food products
* Translate blue-sky ideas into successful product launches
* Collaborate with customers and internal teams to bring ideas to life
* Stay ahead of food trends and ingredient innovations
* Support product presentations and scale-up processes
