A background in construction is beneficial, but for the right candidate with strong commercial instincts and a willingness to learn, full industry training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support system implementations to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
* Reconcile staff costs and track project profitability, delivering accurate analysis to inform business strategy.
* Prepare and manage general management accounts, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
* Collaborate closely with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.
* Uphold robust financial controls and compliance procedures.
About You
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong analytical skills.
* Commercially astute with the confidence to influence and advise stakeholders.
* Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to develop new skills.
* Construction experience a plus but not essential with the right mindset and willingness to learn.
