What does a Behaviour Mentor do?
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
* Identify pupils in need of behavioural and emotional support.
* Deliver one-to-one mentoring sessions to help pupils develop positive behaviour strategies.
* Liaise with SENCos and families to ensure a Holistic Approach.
* Organise structured lunchtime activities for pupils who need additional support during breaks.
