Sales Ledger Clerk Glengormley Reactive Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading international engineering and construction solutions provider who are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to progress their career within a supportive finance department. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day Sales Ledger Preparing and issuing weekly, fortnightly and monthly client invoices Sending statements and handling client queries Carrying out credit control duties via calls and emails Monitoring credit limits and insurances Reconciling client accounts Assisting the Purchase Ledger Clerk with recharge invoicing for plant, materials and logistics Providing information for monthly management reporting Supporting the production of Management Accounts Assisting with purchase ledger and payroll when required Undertaking ad hoc accounts and administrative tasks What were looking for: Minimum 3 years experience within a finance/accounts role Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and Sage (Sage 50 desirable) Ideally studying towards IATI (training and development support available) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Proactive approach with the ability to work on own initiative The Package: Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE) Benefits: Pension, Private Health Care, Death in Service, Critical Illness Cover Holidays: 25 days plus 9 statutory days Hours: MondayFriday, 8am4pm or 9am5pm Location: Fully office-based in Glengormley (candidates must live within a commutable distance) If you are looking for a new challenge in a well-established and growing business, we would love to hear from you - Call Reactive Recruitment on and ask for Ethan.
