Overview
CAREGiver (16hrs per week) – Home Instead Senior Care, Yarm, North Yorkshire. Permanent, Part-time.

All CAREGivers employed by us go through robust in-house training enabling them to provide the CQC Rated Outstanding care we are renowned for. This means that you will head out to every appointment confident in your ability and ready to make a real difference. There is no hidden agenda—just genuine high-quality care provided by our fully qualified team.
Responsibilities
* Care for the same client’s week in, week out.
* Minimum of 1-hour visits every time.
* Provide the same consistent working times every week; no rota waiting.
* Deliver care with no prior experience required as full training is provided.
Qualifications and Requirements
* No prior experience needed; full training provided.
* Flexible hours based on your availability.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for all CAREGiver roles.
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate of £14.00ph, up to £20.00ph.
* Holiday pay.

* Bonus payment for CAREGiver training and DBS reimbursement after Care Certificate completion.
* £150 Employee Referral Scheme.
* Paid mileage: 45p per mile for taking clients; 25p per mile between client visits.
