We are looking for a friendly proactive and driven individual to join our field based team, building strong relationships, supporting healthcare partners and driving regional growth. In this role, you will:
* Develop and strengthen referral partnerships to support increased access to care for elderly and self funded patients across your assigned area.
* Develop and maintain relationships with care providers including hospitals, GPs & social workers.
* Maintain accurate records of referral activity and provider engagement.
* Ensure providers meet quality and compliance standards.
* Provide market insights to inform decision making and drive regional growth.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and providers.
This is a role where your ability to build meaningful relationships, spot opportunities and understand customer needs will directly drive growth and make a real difference.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For
* Experienced within business development, sales or account management
* Demonstrable networking and relationship building skills
* Ability to work proactively and independently in a field based role
* Knowledge of elderly care services, care provisions & self funding pathways
* An organised and consultative approach
* A confident and informative presenter
