Your Role
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Assist young people with their daily routines
* Build trusting relationships and be a reliable adult figure
* Empower them to develop confidence, life skills, and independence
* Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day
Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but it’s not a requirement. We’re committed to providing you with all the training and support you need to succeed in this rewarding role.
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car, as travel is required
* A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with children and colleagues
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
