We’re seeking an experienced Senior DC Pension Consultant to join a growing Defined Contribution division.
You’ll lead client relationships, deliver high‑quality governance and strategic advice, and help drive better member outcomes across a diverse portfolio.
London, hybrid working
What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop strong client relationships
* Support new business pitches and contribute to practice growth
* Stay up to date with DC legislation, market trends and governance requirements
* Lead projects including master trust/GPP reviews, selection exercises, buy‑outs, wind‑ups and AVC reviews
* Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing governance support
* Work with investment colleagues to deliver tailored, outcome‑focused advice
* Produce clear, high‑quality advice and reports
* Contribute to provider research and team knowledge
* Provide leadership and guidance within the team
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience advising UK DC pension schemes within a consultancy
* Excellent communication and commercial awareness
* Solid technical pensions knowledge
