Base Pay
Starting salary from £36,000 per annum pro‑rata, with a salary increase in year two. Pay is based on skills and experience.
Practice Details
Kindness Veterinary Group is located in Hull, with the primary site at Park Street Hospital and additional branches. The practice is a Tier‑3 Veterinary Hospital, offering first‑opinion and referral work, supported by a team of 40 vets and RVNs, including specialists in diagnostic imaging, small‑animal medicine and dentistry.
Facilities include colour Doppler ultrasound, an endoscopy suite, laparoscopy, digital radiography, CT, MRI, full laboratory equipment and a dedicated dental suite.
Shifts: 40 hours per week across four 10‑hour shifts, Monday–Saturday (alternate Saturdays). No out‑of‑hours, Sunday or bank‑holiday work. All vets have free access to telemedicine.
Mentorship & Support
Line manager, designated mentor and senior vets provide regular check‑ins and support. No sole‑charge shifts are required until you are ready. The role offers structured support and flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
