What will you be doing as our new Civil Engineer Graduate?
As our new Civil Engineer Graduate, you’ll be supported and guided by experienced engineers and learn to become an expert in Civil Engineering.
You’ll have opportunities to gain experience necessary to achieve chartered status, including site experience, commercial exposure, and access to digital tools to improve engineering design quality.
Key responsibilities:
* Contribute to developing solutions and suitable designs for Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants and/or sewerage/water systems that meet Anglian Water's goals for customers, the environment, and efficiency.
* Maintain high-quality work and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team while complying with POSWSH/POSWASTE standards.
* Collaborate with the design team to develop 3D models and solutions.
* Support the team in achieving excellence in Health & Safety by demonstrating applied knowledge and skills to produce safe designs in compliance with CDM Regulations, standards, and accepted codes of practice.
* Proactively promote technical excellence, ensuring its understanding and implementation across projects.
* Maintain close links with other Engineers, Technical Managers, and Operations to ensure smooth interfaces between disciplines, manage gaps/overlaps, and share best practices to optimise performance.
