Key Duties:
* Supporting solicitors on a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, title documents, and Land Registry applications
* Conducting searches, due diligence, and assisting with the management of transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* File management and administrative support throughout transactions

About You:
* Ideally, you will have prior experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or have worked in a property-related legal role (residential property experience will be considered)
