Working Hours:
*Spring/Summer shifts are 45 hours per week, 5 shifts across 7 days.
*Autumn/Winter shifts are 35 hours per week, 5 shifts across 7 days.
*Straight shifts
*No late nights
*Mainly daytimes.

Main Responsibilities:
*Prepare and serve dishes across a range of menus to high standards.
*Support in developing new menu items.
*Follow set recipes and maintain consistency in delivery.
*Manage stock and conduct routine kitchen checks.
*Work in line with current food safety and workplace health regulations.
Requirements:
*Professional kitchen experience.
*Confident communication with colleagues, members, and guests.
*Well-groomed with a professional attitude.
*Motivated, hands-on, and solution-focused.
*A team player with presence and energy.
*Culinary certification preferred (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
