My client, an Engineering company based in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit an Installation and Planning Administrator on a 2 month maternity contract from Mid-September.\n\nAs a suitable candidate you will ideally have worked in a fast paced environment where you would have experience of managing costs, dealing with internal and external people and have some experience of Project Management.\n\nThe main functions of the role include\n\n- Dealing with phone and email enquiries\n- Managing quotes, Purchase Orders and weekly invoices\n- Responsible for installation packs paperwork\n- Ordering Stock\n- Communicating with Engineers to arrange next days work\n- Liaising with Clients on a daily basis to arrange access for Engineers to get on-site\n- Routing locations for Engineers, demonstrating a good geographical knowledge of the UK\n\nAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following\n\n- Ability to coordinate Engineers diaries\n- Demonstrate very strong attention to detail\n- Ensure all quotes are signed off by senior management\n- Demonstrate commercial awareness by understanding cost implications and project timelines\n- Good understanding of Health and Safety\n- An ability to prioritize workload\n- Strong communication skills with an ability to have tough conversations when needed\n\nThe hours required for this roe are Mon-Fri, (Apply online only) (on-site) and the pay-rate on offer is between £14.50 and £15.25\n\nKeywords\nInstallation, Engineering, Installs, Plans, Purchase Orders, invoices, Health and Safety
