Job Summary Are you customer-focused and detail-oriented? Join our Haverhill team as a temporary Customer Service Representative to support order management and ensure smooth delivery to our business clients. This temporary position supports the full Order to Cash process, including order entry, documentation, complaint handling, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage domestic, export, and consignment orders from entry to delivery. Issue invoices, credit/debit notes, and handle customer complaints. Respond to inquiries and coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies. Support audits and contribute to process improvements. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain (B2B). Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
