Job Overview
Associate Teacher to support staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision. Provide cover supervision and in‑class support to other learning activities, assist with lunchtime supervision, after‑school and break duties as part of the rota, offer after‑school enrichment activities and assist with the House tutorial programme as a co‑tutor.
Qualifications
* Experience of working with students in an educational or service environment
* At least 5 GCSEs, Post 16+ higher qualifications
* Solid communication skills and the ability to successfully manage classroom behaviour and focus
* Ability to prioritise and plan workload, delivering set lesson content effectively and efficiently and identifying opportunities for further support where appropriate.
