About the Role
* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and complex needs
* Support sensory, communication, and behavioural development
* Follow individual learning and behaviour plans
* Promote safe behaviours and supervise pupils closely where required
* Support emotional regulation and engagement in learning
* Assist with routines, transitions, and structured activities
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment
Skills & Experience
* Experience with SEN/A LN, particularly ASD
* Understanding of Pica (or willingness to learn)
* Knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour support
* Calm, patient and consistent approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible and proactive attitude
