As a Administrator, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers & Branches by ensuring that:
* All customer and branch returns are processed accurately and on time
* Records, documentation, and system data are kept up to date and error‑free
* Enquiries are handled promptly to maintain a high standard of service
* Smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and branch teams

* Experience: Have administration experience
* Communication: Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
* Adaptability: Have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
