We are currently offering a rewarding role for a Teaching Assistant to support a diverse group of students on behalf of primary schools, in Cheshire. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils. The successful candidate will be part of a team dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching educational experience to students with autism and moderate learning difficulties.
Day to Day of the Role:
* Support and assist pupils with autism and moderate learning difficulties.
* Work closely with teaching staff to plan and evaluate learning activities.
* Deliver high-quality educational provision tailored to the needs of each pupil.
* Contribute to creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in supporting and assisting pupils in a classroom setting
* A passion for working within special education and a commitment to pupil development
