Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Fit Out and Refrubs - Central London

About the Opportunity
We are working with a well-established and reputable main contractor that specialises in delivering complex refurbishment and fit-out schemes across the UK.
Due to ongoing project demands, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of high end fit out and refurbishment projects within London.
The Role
You will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the successful financial delivery of the project from procurement through to final account.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
* Managing subcontract procurement and commercial negotiations
* Contract administration (JCT) and variation management
* Monitoring and reporting project costs and commercial performance
* Supporting monthly valuations and client reporting
* Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts
* Assisting in risk and value management processes
Requirements
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or refurbishment projects, leading project delivery and managing teams
* Previous experience working on office, retail, commercial, or live environment projects preferred
* Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a live site environment
* Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
